I do believe he is guilty but the body language thing I know personally does not always mean that. There are so many ways people react when not being honest. I actually do all the things associated with lying when I am being completely honest. I can't keep eye contact bc when I was abused as a child I got in trouble for continuously looking in my parents eyes when being yelled at and beat. I was never sure what to do bc I was told contradicting things over and over. So i will look away, I fidget, and I do distracting things. I also shake my head no a lot. Especially when someone is saying asking something that isn't true. Where I live if your kids miss too many days at school you can get jail time even before the 10 a year. I didn't have insurance and when they were sick they were not able to see a doctor for things they couldn't do anything about. That year they got the flu and had to stay out of school a week. Which put them at 10 days. We had went to the hospital everyone had it including me. I did not turn their excuses in within 3 days so they refused to change them in court. The solicitor only cares about winning a case. I had gotten poison ivy covering my whole body. It had halfway been healed and the woman seeing the marks on my arms from across the court room accused me of being a needle drug user. I was so taken aback I shook my head no for 5 mins straight I know even when saying this is poison ivy. My kids are all straight A students in honors and accelerated classes, never had any disciplinary issues. My oldest who starts high school next year will graduate 2 years early. I make sure they have a good life bc I never want them to go through what I did. It did not mean i was lying. After she seen my arms closer and I took a drug test they stopped saying that. Anyway sorry got into a rant that situation makes me angry every time I think about it. My point is people do not all act the same. I've seen liars look people straight in the eyes and lie so convincing u believe it. I don't understand why experts do not take into account different personalities.
