There is a large tea plantation on the top of the hill behind our village
Every spring I will get some fresh tea leaves there to make tea
This year I made some green tea crispy cakes that Tommy loves
In fact, there're not many rules in the tea culture for people living in the mountain
It's simple, just make a cup of tea with a pot of hot water
Occasionally, we will add some sun-dried flowers to scent the tea
such as honeysuckles, chrysanthemum, and jasmine...
我們村子後面的山頂有一大片茶園
每年春天都會去採些鮮茶製成茶葉
今年還是做了些湯米愛吃的綠茶酥
其實山里人喝茶沒有那麼講究
就是簡單的，一壺水一杯泡茶
偶爾也會往茶杯裡放些自家曬的花茶
比如金銀花，菊花，茉莉花......
