I can resonate with the guy at the 11 min mark. One time I was outside having a good time and all of a sudden I felt this sharp pain in my right foot, the pain went away later but then it started to swell up and became a bump that was very big as in width and it was very itchy. We later got it checked and found out I got an infection from a prickly plant that blends in with grass. Never went outside without shoes after that, hell I even got a birthmark from it after it healed.

the one who stuck a Q-Tip too far in their ear and made it bleed genuinely made me feel squeamish. all of these posts kinda made me feel a little icky, but as someone who managed to ram a Q-Tip in my ear until it bled, it made me feel that pain again. i have vivid memories of the aftermath where the wound would itch, and me being the dumbass i am, i'd dig in my ears to itch it and opened the wound again, leading to rivers of blood pouring out of my ears (i have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, so i have very thin blood that takes a long time to clot). i still get PTSD when i clean my ears (i have a lot of earwax, so my ears need cleaned on a regular basis), and occasionally my earwax will look reddish-orange, making me think i did it again. yeah, just like Robin said, when you feel that hesitation when putting a Q-Tip in your ear, listen to it, don't go against it, unless you like having bleeding ears.
