11:08 They're called the giant golden-crowned flying fox, a bat species native to the Philippines. Their wingspan can go up to 5.58 feet (1.7 meters). But don't worry, they only eat fruit. They especially love figs. Even though these giant beasts are endemic to my country, I've never seen them before, and probably never. I terribly want to, but they're endangered. Let's save these huge megabats!

Fun fact: there is actually an incredibly famous soda from brasil called "guaraná" made with guarana fruit! So most brazilians are actually pretty familiar with that terrifying nightmare fuel, yet were usually pretty chill when it comes to how it looks, mostly we only joke about how they look like weird eyes but i do agree they are kinda terrifying, lmao

When I was younger I thought everyone lost their teeth with nerve/root still attached. My teeth were so deeply rooted that they didn't fall out regularly and often took chunks out with them. Apparently my parents did talk to the dentist about this, and the dentist said I've just got deep roots and it'll suck but I'll be fine. So my parents never expressed any abnormalality when it comes to losing teeth with nerves connected. So when one of my friends lost their tooth in class, I was very confused.

2:14 As a Polish, I can confirm there is indeed something like this in my country. It's called 'Wieliczka' and I personally was there a couple years ago with my grandma. It's an old salt mine which was turned into tourist atraction after the works were cancelled. There's a lot to see there, so I recommend if anyone's ever in Poland, go check it out.

I also have thalassophobia, and one time when I went to a lake with my friend, we went on a paddle board, about 120 feet away from shore, and we took of our life jackets and pencil dived 18 feet down to touch the squishy bottom. It was warm nearer to the surface, but deeper, COLD. I got to an area with 21 feet swim down, but I couldn't find the bottom, so I opened my eyes, and all my eyes saw was black, but as I got higher, it turned to light brownish green. I was terrified, but it was my favorite part about that lake. I also really love that lake, it's very fun to go to. Holy crap I just wrote paragraph, not a comment.
