গতকাল বানিয়েছিলাম ওয়েস্টার সস বাদ দিয়ে। আর ভিনেগারের বদলে আপনার পরামর্শমত লেবুর রস দিয়ে। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ এত বেশি পারফেক্ট হয়েছে। খুবই ভাল হয়েছে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। অনেক ধন্যবাদ ভাইসাহেব।

Wow ! Mind blowing ,jazakAllah for this yummy recepie ,i have a question ,can we fry the chicken for four minutes and rest it for 2 _3hours and then fry for 4 minutes or it is necessary to rest it for just 4 minutes and fry right away for 4 more minutes?

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Purai joss and looks so easy to make. Got to give it a try. Later, I'll experiment with the KFC fried chicken (just adding the spices only) and this recipe fusion. But, first thing first, start with the original. You've got a great taste on the music as well... just enough to give that subtle musical flavor in the background. Although I can't smell it, but I can almost sense it.

Its a great recipe. I do the similar recipe which I learnt from my mother. Only variation I do is add finely chopped onion & green chili and final coat the pcs with hand broken breakfast cereal on top of flour coating. U can try it also.
