这个节目最好的地方在于，Jay和Ari两个人一个是典型的中国人，一个是典型的美国人的。有着不同的文化背景和生活习惯，但他们居然相处的如此融洽和谐，相亲相爱。再对比当下剑拔弩张的中美关系，完全给人一种魔幻现实主义的感觉。我想这是他们的视频最吸引人的地方之一吧。有时看着你们甜美的微笑，我会想到如果中美的关系也能像Jay和Ari两个人这样融洽该有多好了。大家一起幸福的生活在这个星球上该多好。

So great to see so many new Chinese regional foods being introduced in to the United States in the recent decade. Xian cuisine looks really good and different from Cantonese and Hunan type food as well as Sichuan. Enjoyed the video.

I have tried Taiwanese style beef noodles, but the beef noodles from Xi’an looks special and splendid, as the thickness of the noodles is capable to take and taste. 🍜

Taiwanese food has a special advantage among Chinese food. The people of Taiwan came from all parts of China and brought different cooking techniques with them. Many years ago, I thought that hot pots, salty ducks, beef noodles, all kinds of dumplings, and many more originated from Taiwan. But it doesn't matter where they originated from, as long as they taste good, they are good food. Not necessarily healthy though. Too much salt, sugar, and usually oily.

Those Xi'an cuisine looks so good. That is why for people who love Asian food, they need to live in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and maybe Boston. No other places in the US can compare with these cities. I feel that Ari can totally live just eat Chinese food. I am so happy to see you both have a big appetite. Let me know when you are coming to LA next time.

Chicago chinatown is also pretty good with all kinds of authentic Chinese food. 也有“西安小吃”。

It has been awhile away from Chicago, I remember there were a lot of Cantonese restaurant. I use to drive from central Michigan to Chicago China town just for tasting authentic Chinese food. Glad there are more ethnic foods expanding in China town. Hope you enjoy the stay. Meanwhile, try to avoid south side of the town and do not stay outside of China town territory. Be safe!

The best time to travel to Chicago is summer, winter is very cold there. I stayed there for sometime and I knew it. But summer is wonderful!

This Xi'an restaurant has great meats (so juicy and tender!!!) and biang biang noodle. Definitely will try the restaurant if I go to Chicago in the future.

肉夹馍真的是经典好吃。前几天我在广州的兰州拉面里吃肉夹馍，非常地道，口齿留香 ，兰州拉面的肉夹馍也是招牌菜。每次去兰州拉面必点的。

Xi'an is my hometown, famous for everything handmade noodles , biangbiang面～油泼面～岐山哨子面，菠菜面，裤带面，饸烙面，…………羊肉泡馍，肉加馍，凉皮，more than 300dishes,if have chance goback China to try most authentic Xi'an food,🎊❤️❤️
