అనంతపురం స్పెషల్ ఉగ్గనీ... మిర్చీ బజ్జీ....ఆ పప్పుల పొడి లోకి కొద్దిగా ఎండు కొబ్బరి కూడా వేసి మిక్సి పట్టి వేస్తే ఇంకా బాగుంటుంది

మిక్సీలో ఎండు కొబ్బరి ఎండుమిరపకాయలకు కాకుండా పచ్చిమిర్చి వేస్తే ఇంకా taste వస్తుంది. Oil లో వెల్లుల్లి పచ్చిమిర్చి చితక్కొట్టి వేయాలి కొంచెం అల్లంవెల్లుల్లి paste వేస్తే taste highlight గా ఉంటుంది
