Royksopp became my favorite band as I was driving my 1996 Pontiac Firebird through Oklahoma City one day in 2003. A local weird radio station played the Trembling Heart Remix of Clocks. I said..”Who is this band? I will follow them forever!”

PM-III is an incredible audio experience about a lovers tryst taking listeners on a journey from the first moments of ambiguity to finding their feelings to falling for each other, going on for the journey/ride as they move closer, spending the night together, caught up in the moment but then being pulled apart for a reason unknown, is he/she letting me go? Can you feel what I feel, is this real? Then the feeling or realisation they are 'like an old dog' - working tirelessly toward a project or goal.. The tone of each song expressing feelings at each moment, from calm to excitement, sadness and determination. There is so much more depth to each song than you hear at first, building an intricate and emotional journey. It's a beautiful album.

After my dad passed and other sh it happens, I was in Morroco running away from life in costa rica, 3 months between friends houses and someone's old wooden big sailboat, from Morroco to Lanzarote coming and going, one day a random person played on the boat stereo 'I had this thing' since then royksoop became one of my favorite bands

For anyone listening to this & also after reading the comments, Royksopp have created some amazing tracks on here. I was seven years old when I heard Jarre's Oxygene back in 1977 & was instantly hooked on electronic music ever since. Anyway for everyone reading this & loving these Profound Mysteries I would highly recommend listening to Onuka from Ukraine. Oh how I wish Nata Zyzhchenko of Onuka could have been on one of these albums. Onuka are to Ukraine what Jarre is to France, Kraftwerk are to Germany, Royksopp are to Norway & Nata has a voice to die for. If you like this you will like Onuka.

Yes!! My son plays brass in a folk band and loved seeing one of the Onuka live concerts with me... and 16 year olds are very hard to impress!! 🎺

@@barlie-elderflower Oh I can see why he was impressed with Onuka then as she incorporated a brass section into her live performance. Very modern music with traditional sounds done in a way that I'd never heard before. Extremely lucky to have seen her live.

In a time where music is often noise and ego, Röyksopp does not leave us alone, but instead takes us on a journey to the deep and unique worlds that they have become known for. The intricate production and masterful composition make for a truly immersive listening experience. This is an album that will stand the test of time and will be appreciated for years to come. This is not only for fans of electronic and experimental music. It remembers me of the first time I've listened to OXIGEN form Jean Michel Jarre. Thanks

Yo tuve la mejor de las experiencias con Röyksopp,estaba en un momento complicado y necesitaba sentir una buena chispa de vida , entre a buscar música y encontré algo que se parecía a mi nombre lei A M y yo soy Ana Marín y leí Sparks ( chispas) y dije wow la escuché y me enloquesió. Desde ahí me flecharon me encantan son ya parte de mi vida hace más de 20 años , gracias por tanto , los amo desde León GTO. México.

They create masterpieces listend when I was in my teens to what else is there and I was sold there’s nothing out there like Röyksopp like I said masterpieces I cry I laugh I relate and feel every emotion through the songs ❤❤❤

Royksopp became my favourite Norwegian band when I recieved a gift of an ipod here in Lusaka, Zambia. It had music randomly loaded in and one of the trucks i played was a remix of "What else is there" and now it's been around 20 years and still going strong in following all new releases. Plan on visiting Norway and intend on meeting the guys. And Robin so cool👌🏾
