Title: I tried to let the piped robot walk a tightrope.
The biped robot(PRIMER-V4) across the wire rope of about 1 m while maintaining the balance in a standing position.

こんなに小型でもバランスが保てるのがすごいと思います。セグウェイもそうだけどこういうバランスってニューロファジィの応用なんだよね。

グーグルがロボット事業に参入するからグーグル傘下のKZfaqにアップしてる人は声が掛かってるでしょ。できれば日本のために尽力してほしいが肝心の日本政府はこういった可能性を秘めた投資は絶対にやらないから二束三文で海外に技術か渡ってしまう。

I think it's easy to speed up and move. In particular, there is no problem with the computer and servos. I simply just set up as such.

どこぞが一輪車に乗るロボットを作ったくらいですから、綱渡りをするロボットがいても可笑しくない、そう頭で理解していても、現実に映像で見せられると、インパクトは違いますね。動作の端々に苦労と工夫の影があるように感じました。

My only question is this: What is the limiting factor in how quickly it can cross the tightrope? Surely if it's all processed by computer and servos, the succession of bottlenecking should start with the processor and work down to how quickly it can actually move its limbs. Is the speed in the video the current "road block" in this project, or is speed not really something sought after?

重心が片足に100％乗ってからの、歩み（支点の入れ替え）です。人間が動く綱を渡れるのは、外れた重心を即座に捕まえにいく支点移動もしくは重心移動ができるからですが、そこに至るのは至難の業と思います。もっと多くの関節と、多くのセンサーが必要となります。

足の裏にある溝に綱が入るように足を置き、左右に倒れないようにバランスをとってるんですね！恐らくこのコメント欄では、平らな足の裏を乗せてると思ってる方が多いみたいですが…。こういうものが作れるのはホント凄いです！電子工学ですか？それともロボット工学ですか？どちらがいいか迷ってます。
