R105m retained from Nonxuba's trust account

The Legal Practice Council is calling on the former clients of disgraced lawyer Zuko Nonxuba to come forward for funds recovered from his trust account to be distributed to them. LPC's Ignatius Briel says they've retained R105 million from Nonxuba's trust account.

Surely, the department of health have records of which claims they paid to this fellow and for which claimant. Getting records directly from the department of health can help bypass the need to keep chasing the Nonxuba thief, so the victims can be paid quicker.

South Africa never arrests anyone. All sorts of things are done daily corruption, but no arrests

No jail for rich people in SA, and even if there is Jail, medical parole will happen in the quickest time. The fact that he hasn't been jailed already is testament to this, The fact that the LPC shut their mouths for so longs make it blatantly obvious that money talks. As far as i am concerned, the LPC should be taken to task for this debacle.
