Like her there were others like M s Subbalakshmi, D K Pattammal, M L Vasantha Kumar, Semmagudi Srinivasa Iyer, Chembai Vadyanada Bhavadar and many more such simple and ordinary life living people who have lived in south India and in carnatic music. Ms N Rajam is the sister of late T N Krishnan, who was a great violinist. In the case of music and musical knowledge you will find many South Indian Carnatic musician crossing the South Indian border and acquire musical knowledge of others. Ms Arun sairam and Ms Ranjani Gayatri sisters are few examples of the present. But for me it is painful to know that there is no Hindustani musicians of North who can sing carnatic music of South India. Since music does not have boundary Hindustani musicians should explore carnatic music also. They should come out from their static position.

A little about this upload - when we started this channel, we thought that the KZfaq audience would enjoy only the drut parts, or smaller videos, hence some of our initial uploads were only the drut parts. When we were preparing this particular video, we felt it would be "criminal" to not upload the full video and edit the vilambit part out. This was perhaps the first video we uploaded in full, and the feedback we got made us understand that we have a KZfaq audience also who enjoy the full concerts. Now we do not edit any parts out and upload full concerts.

Consider TV and the 2 min interviews with quick sound bites to emotionally trigger audiences. Instead you have made the right decision. Preset the whole thing. Absolutely agree. When we started Komal Nishad's channel, we werent sure if we should upload the vilambit parts of the concerts. But when we were editing this particular concert, we just couldn't cut the vilambit part off; it would've been a sin and this became the first concert where we uploaded the vilambit part.
