Great teachings I love that he repeats...Many Prnamas to you Ashwiniji has also composed a Tarana in Raag Durga very similar but it opens out in the first line. Sirs Tarana opens out gradually . Always love hearing Raag Durga

Wonderful. Rag Durga of Hindustani music is similar to Sudha Saveri rag in Carnatic.❤

Exactly though the vadi and samvadi is m and s . Here dha nd re is used as vadi and samvadi to differentiate the raag durga from jaladhar kedar. Redha phrase is mostly used in raag durga which cleares the mood of the raaga.

Dha is obviously the vaadi swar if you closely notice the style in which the raag is sang.

None of the raga is easy..it depends on how deep you go..if your study is limited to exams, then every raga is easy..if you go deep, every raga will take you deeper, deeper n deeper..it's like a huge ocean
