Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan is respected & honoured by all who listen sitar as the foremost player of sitar in the world today. He is also respected for his unusual command on both Gayaki and Tantrakaari ang. In this baithak we bring you Raag Puriya Kalyan, from the archival recordings of Bazm e Khas.

The idea behind this upload is to preserve this great treasure of live music produced by BeK for all the music lovers and students of Hindustani music.

A great series of excellent hindustani sitar classical music by prestgious organisation BAZM-E-KHAS.What a consistant wonderfull renederings which not only show cases our great tradition ,not only bringing solace to listning hearts, it is a path like our great epics to learners of sitar. MY heart full salutations to the organisation.
