This was the birth sketch of one of Scotland's best characters . It simply wouldn't work if it wasn't for the brilliance and talented actor who portrays Rab C Nesbitt . SCOTLAND'S FINEST MR GREGOR FISHER . There is nobody else who could pull this off like him . CONGRATULATIONS
