Teshuvah is the Hebrew word for the tried-and-true Jewish technology of repentance, amends, and self-improvement. It's something we focus on during the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kiippur, but it's also something we can practice all year to right our wrongs, kick bad habits, and restore our relationships that need restoring.
