This video is a combination of two seperate rabbit hunts in Missouri. I am hunting on public land. Cottontail rabbits can be extremely challenging to hunt, as they are very fast runners! You will see in this video that I have several misses, as well as several successful rabbit kills. On the first hunt, I have Oakley, my german shorthaired pointer. He can be very helpful with flushing rabbits out, as you'll see in this video! This video was filmed in february, during deer shed season. I was fortunate enough to come across a BEAUTIFUL 5-point deer shed while filming the rabbit hunt!
