@@IPretendtobeMe You seem angry and that feeling is fully legitime. Giving money for a church where a part burnt down by incident but not giving money for the synagogues and even the Temple of Jerusalem that were destroyed by the own ancestors, is evil, wicked, bad. Not (CN #ableism:) "foolish", not "stupid", or "idiot", as it has not do do with mental illnesses but with a very distinctive concious choice one makes. Btw German Nazis killed people with mental illnesses, so called "idiots", just to remind you that language must be used with wisdom to help tikkun olam, to make world better ;-). Christian Church is a powerful, highly antisemitic organisation, and it's full of violence, sexism and abuse, too, as history and every day news show. Most people here were raised and socialized from childhood in that evil system (me too). To get out of Church in many countries still means to loose your "friends", be alone, be hated, be bullied, being excluded from work possibilities (f.e. many to most preschools/hospitals are Catholic ones, and you must be Catholic to work there, in a secular State they even have their own laws). Some can leave it, some cannot (depends on the zone, age, money, own energy) and some can, but don't want to. I think I cannot wait the whole system crashes down. I hope and pray, may it happen in a soft spiritual way, without nuclear bombs and so on, let's hope that the few ones who are near to G-d have enough merits...
