I think it's more because of how he was in his prime during this time. In Arkham Asylum, him and Batman were probably starting to step out of their prime. In Arkham Origins, they were just starting to reach their prime. In Arkham City, they were a little past their prime. In Arkham Knight, well...Not sure of that one yet.

SuperDead82 Nah, they are. Unless you're talking about the voice actor, in which case, Troy Baker voiced him in Origins and Mark Hamill voiced him in the others.
