Henry took too long to even shoot Superman 2……his commitments to other films and projects is what really ruined it for DC I wish they’d done Number 2 before Justice League or even scraped that rubbish Batman vs Superman shite and did the sequel to SUPES instead…….flippin shame He is the perfect SUPERMAN for the ages but we will never get to see him don it again……whoever is replacing him actually has BIG SHOES to fill……finding someone to replace Christopher Reeve was bad enough…….now finding someone to replace Henry……sheesh What a headache and task it will be…..good luck

@@bronzemen34 his commitments to other films and projects was BECAUSE of WB's lack of attempt to do Superman 2, and pushed forward Batman V Superman without establishing Batfleck and Superman 2 at all. Its not Henry Cavill's fault, its WB's.

The flash thinks faster, both can move fast enough to screw with time but the Flash has the speedforce in some iterations and can process faster movement, Superman generally has to really build to it at the point of messing with time.

@@LeonXOV because this was the Snydercut. In the 2017 version Joss only used 29mins of the Snyder's footage. The Snyder cut is all Snyder's footage and the original vision of the movie.

I’ve been waiting for these for a long time. I grew up on the 70’s versions of batman and robin, Wonder Woman, and the flash. I thought CW Was gonna do it but it never happened. All these made into modern movies and made into a series of connected movies like the mcu phases. Aquaman, flash, Batman, justice league. Hope they keep it up.

Cyborg was the one who did all the work with separating the motherboxes. Batman was the one with the plan and the shot-caller overall. Superman is a good executor, but he isn't the entire team. He just makes their life easier for being "the Brute".

This is actually plausible. Barry doesn't understand the speedforce or anything yet and pushing himself could defo have gotten him trapped in and missing before crisis happened on his earth and thats why he was in the speedforce when CW barry was there.

So far from what we have seen in this universe, Barry is only slightly faster than Superman. That may drastically change when we see ZSJL/Zack Snyder's Justice League.

I would have legitimately enjoyed this being shown in a prologue to 'Justice League' given that Barry claimed later in the film to have considered Superman a personal hero. A scene like this would have all but instantly established that A) they've met before and B) Barry was still uncomfortable on some level considering that Superman saw him as an equal. We could have cut from this race right to Superman's memorial, followed by the cellphone footage of him doing good and such. Then, we'd get a bit more emphasis on their interaction during Superman's resurrection. Barry just seems spooked. He doesn't look like a personal hero has turned his gaze on him with legitimate killing intent in his eyes.

Smallville actually did it right with young Clark and young Bart. At their farewell Bart basically shows Clark that he's WAY faster and has been the whole time. Pretty awesome oldschool wholesome moment lol. If you take that kind of reasoning and pair it with knowing Barry is basically just as fast, that he can alter timelines, and has a lot of experience with the speed force.. Barry could basically scour the galaxy for kryptonite til he finds it.. utilize it as a weapon against Superman.. and then kill him with it before Superman could even formulate a plan of defense.
