Queen, in my opinion, are one of the greatest bands of all time and Freddie Mercury will always be one of my biggest influences as a singer and performer. This was one of the last songs he recorded before he passed away and he really gave the performance of his life. This song fills me with so much emotion and I hope you enjoy my interpretation.

My son is Autistic and was non verbal until he was 4. One day while driving I heard a small voice grow progressively louder and stronger from the back seat. He sang 1000 reasons pitch perfect and with such passion. I wept. Not since that moment has anyones voice made me cry until I stumbled upon your channel today. You don't just sing. You channel something with your voice that we all feel. It's euphoric. Someone better put a warning label on you soon. You're gonna have us all addicted to the rush you bring.

Thank you so much for this song, Rachael! Last week I lost my mom.. and I'm on the other side of the planet, so far from home. I come back to this song and your voice over and over again, just to remind myself - "show must go on". I'm pregnant. One life goes away, but another life comes to the Earth. Life must go on. So many covers of this song and none of them understands the emotions Freddy brought to the song, knowing that he was coming to his end. And then you have this version and you know that Freddy is smiling somewhere, knowing that you get it :) .
