I live in Australia and we are also suffering from high inflation POST PANDEMIC, as is the rest of the world. It's GLOBAL, not just "in America"; American voters should not be so parochial and start looking at the big picture. If you want a stable economy and a country that believes in a democracy, then don't let Trump anywhere near the White House ever again.

He really does own many golf courses, luxury hotels and apartments, as well as a full sized jet. 🛩️ I am 100% sure he is more successful than you or I. I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. Stephanie Ruhle is the perfect guest for this topic, she's so good at breaking it down! Any minimally-competent business person will know that people can only buy your product if they have enough money. If there's chaos and unrest, you can only have short-term success, and then you are likely to fail badly. That's why you have to support sane politicians only, and pay your taxes, if you want to succeed in business. If you care about the Bible at all, it says that rich people must pay their tithes (which must go to help the poor), and that's the only way to have a prosperous nation. I'm an atheist, but the Bible really does say that, often and clearly, and some people seem to have missed those bits somehow so I thought I'd mention it.

They say they're rejecting social programs etc because we need to balance the budget, etc... but the real reason is often more about race, class, and extreme religion. Australian here: President Biden has done an outstanding, if not astounding, job of turning America back from the Trump disaster. Along with his fiscal reforms and social policies, he's restored the concepts of decency, honesty and public service to politics, despite the despicable antics of the current Congress. He's absolutely worthy of a second term, although I, for one, feel a little troubled about expecting a gentleman of that age to carry such a burden. May he have all the helping hands he needs, and all the votes in Congress he needs, to lighten the load.

I've been keeping track of Corporate profits since 2020 when the pandemic created such instability that led to corporate free for alls. They've been artificially raising prices & shrinking products with packaging very deceptively marketed. A bunch of big box stores just announced that they would lower prices to get people back. Because they realize the free market is supposed to be competitive not corporate cashouts. But are they gonna make things bigger? We live in an oligarchy that breeds contempt and distrust, not competition. They say the most powerful man in the world is the president of the USA but it's actually the billionaires that keep him paid. It's a puppet show. Don't mind the curtain and definitely don't research agricultural subsidies or corporate greed. Just enjoy the show.

I would imagine the rich people that support trump probably do so not for tax cuts but because they will be given more freedom to commit actual crimes in order to gain more than a good, fair government will let them. I was listening to comments from a very prominent TV judge and always thought of her as knowledgeable of the law and for the most part a good judge of character. Corporations want to (legally HAVE to) keep making money. 45 gave corporations big tax breaks. Major corporations pay no taxes. Biden wants to (rightly) make everyone, including corporations, pay their fair share in taxes. Corporations apparently would rather see this country become Germany in 1939 than do the right thing. What we HAVE to do is rewrite the rules for corporations. Corporations must NOT have "profit at all cost" as their bottom line goal. They must have "do what's right for the community, the environment and the employees" as their bottom line goal.
