It's interesting. Older players like Wilt Chamberlain and Oscar Robertson didn't like Jordan. Now most of the players in Jordan's era don't like LeBron. It's an old man "get off my lawn" type of thing, I guess.

@jdoggmusicman
@jdoggmusicman 6 жыл бұрын
Mikey J OK, but for his lack of production in the 4th, he also was averaging a triple double. His whole PERFORMANCE in the finals was clutch, but people boil it down to just 2 minutes. What about 2016 coming from 3-1 down? Was lebron not clutch in games 5 6 & 7 to keep the Cavs from losing? But people will take the last 2 minutes and give kyrie ALL THE CREDIT cause of the shot. Clutch ain't just the last 2 minutes.

@Yonis Ali First of all, that’s called “moving the goalposts,” because I’ve seen game winning shots made by Jordan and Kobe where the score was tied, and nobody ever said something as stupid as, “Well, it’s not clutch, because the score was tied.” You’re only saying that because it’s LeBron. Second of all, during four of the game winners in this video, the Cavs were losing when LeBron made the game winning shot. Did you not even watch it? I mean, how can you say something so stupid on so many levels?

The main reason people say LeBron isn't clutch is because of his true choke job in the 2011 Finals. I do agree that series definitely hurts his reputation as he was outscored by Jason Terry but since then LeBron has stepped up his clutch game. 45 points on Boston in Game 6 of 2012 Eastern Conference Finals, Games 6 and 7 of 2013 NBA Finals where despite his 2 late turnovers in the final minute of Game 6 he had 16 in the 4th and then his jumpshot was on in Game 7, Games 5 6 and 7 in 2016 NBA Finals with 41 points in Games 5 and 6 along with The Block and a triple double to bring Cleveland a championship, and finally 2 game winners in the 2018 playoffs on Indiana and Toronto. LeBron is CLUTCH, END OF STORY!

Im not discrediting what Lebron did. But for clarification. Go ahead shots aren't the only shot that can be labeled as clutch. In fact the flu game in which mj hit the 3 point shot that seals them the win. He took that shot under 27 seconds to go. Another was THE LAST SHOT. Game 6 in utah. By the time the ball went in there was still 5 seconds left in the clock for the jazz. But it was one of the clutchest shots in nba history.

Cmon Tracey a little better analysis, the last play had Lebron flash like he was cutting to the hoop (he’d been driving all game and has hit game winners driving to the basket) Thadd bit hard on the flash to the basket, Lebron spins, Thadd is off balance (he’s shook so bad both hands touch the ground) and now trailing, pass comes into Lebron, can’t double because Green would be wide open for an easy basket, two dribbles away from defender and basket, BANG, great play call, nothing is easy

Chris once again proved why hes the best. But its taboo to call out other commentators. But what he said was true, Skip was literally 1 of the first mainstream trolls and he was the original Anti Lebron guy.

It's ridiculous how all these commentators and former players try and make excuses for why LeBron is great. They say he ain't clutch, yet, the numbers don't lie. He's more clutch than MJ. They say his competition isn't as good as MJs was, blah blah blah. Some people just hate to see their legend be surpassed, but LeBron is passing every legend, right before our eyes.

But but.... if you do not count LBJ takes, Skip is not out of bounds that often. But Stephen A Smith is every week and no one calls him out. Zeesus, he even told KD "you don't to make an enemy out of me". OH, he's on ESPN too, sorry, my bad.

Skip getting called out left right and center today. That's what happens when the whole basis of your basketball analysis is proven to be false.

Hold on a minute, just because Lebron has a higher percentage of game winners in the playoffs than MJ or Kobe doesn’t mean he’s more clutch than them because he’s not. At the beginning of his career, he wasn’t always willing to take the last shot and he always passed up the last shot for someone else to end up taking it. This case of making Lebron seem like he’s more clutch than MJ or Kobe is ridiculous because he doesn’t have that killer mentality like MJ or Kobe did.

So even with the truth in your face, boy still will try to take away whaty this man had done and is doing, just to keep your hero up? You're proving lebron is more clutch because you have to try to take away the truth and facts, just to keep your heroes high! 😂😂😂😂 I guess keep reaching

1. LeBron James goaltended on Victor's lay up. 2. If I'm the Pacers, there's NO WAY I'm letting LeBron catch the ball, let alone have a basically wide open look. No one else on the ENTIRE TEAM has more than nineteen points the ENTIRE FUCKING SERIES. You have to know that LeBron is taking the last shot on that play. Double team him and MAKE SOMEONE ELSE BEAT YOU. This is why the Pacers won't beat the Cavs in this series, which is sad, because they really played well in games 1 and 3.

How did Lebron pass Kobe? Even MJ admitted he did not know if he can beat Kobe in his prime. People will still considered MJ to best basketball player, yet they will automatically skip Kobe pretending he didnt win 5 NBA titles, MVP and had 2nd highest scoring game behind Wilt Chamberlain who was a 7ft tall freak of nature. MJ/Kobe>Lebron
