This Watercolor Christmas Tree is a fun, easy and fast way to paint a loose Christmas tree. I'm releasing a tutorial in 2023 about how to paint this in real time.

That is one happy tree... it has such a lively personality. I love the addition of the ultramarine! I guess I'd better get myself a dagger brush. Thanks so much for the demonstration.

First of all, you need to know how to hold the brush and how to move it smoothly and in a correct pattern 1 week in fine arts classes and i am still unable to hold the brush ughh 🥺

For different styles you hold the brush different ways - for an expressive less controlled mark like I use here, hold it further away from the bristles. Just keep practicing - you'll get there!
