Back again with more multiplayer Scrap Mechanic! Today we are competing in an explosive wheel challenge where we have to build vehicles that drive on explosives! These are a custom modded wheel that behaves as a normal explosive canister except has the same properties as a wheel to make "normal" vehicles! ‪@scrapman‬ ‪@Moonbo‬

If you want a backup of that mod, you should be able to find it in your workshop folder for Scrap Mechanic.

build the "hidden in rocks" vehicles out of as much explosives as possible. then give every vehicle 1 spudgun. normal wheels are allowed, bc you shouldn´t blow up yourself with explosive wheels.

for the hide and seek idea there should be explosives in some of the rocks

That tree falling at the end gave me an idea... Time trials Obstacle Track- each player races independently on a pre-set track to establish their time. The map is reloaded after each participant completes the course. While they are racing, the other players will be trying to sabotage their attempts. You will have only a certain number of items you can use, eg. 1 Large Explosive, 50 Carboard Blocks, 25 Glass Blocks, 2 Haybot capsules, etc. You cannot attack/affect a vehicle directly, but you can do things like knock trees down with explosives (no hammers) If you wanted, the other players could also be allowed to spawn in one stationary obstacle they built, with certain guidelines to ensure it was passable - ie. Can't just build a 5 mile long wall If the driver must respawn their vehicle they can't do so to bypass an obstacle.

Should’ve maybe had more suspension travel so it wouldn’t keep bottoming out, maybe with one soft and one medium so that the pressure on the wheel isn’t linear

You guys should build a vehicle then use a randomizer to decide who drives them. To sabotage or not to sabotage, because you can get the one you built as well. Use the spinning rocket chair again 😂

You could build an invisible obstacle course with those rock blocks. Maybe have them blink every so often, reveal some track.

Can you do a destruction derby race? You would do a race but would make weapons to take each other out, and you would get points based on position and deaths caused or something.

limted lives would be better, more tension, obviously failing to spawn doesnt count. As for ideas I think obstacle course (explosives next to the trees that would fall onto the course, guns shooting to the side to allow players to activate them)

Kan had I an idea for multiplayer Monday what if you did a train boat ,plan ,car race so the plan, boat and car are build in a line like a train so at the end of each part you go with the last one so the car race first the cut the car off and race the boat or plan then repeat in any order you want.

I think four wheels wasn't enough I can go for eight like the mighty "Avtoros Shaman" and eight wheeled beast of a car unfortunately. This was made for "search and rescue" purposes so there is no way it was used for racing purposes I will do it anyways

I feel like you could have put pistons that were extended out on default and have first contact with the ground and then retract when you want to drive on wheels. Maybe it would have helped with spawning and jumps.
