It's time for the first race of the year for Dave. He's got the trusty BMW and the new RS660 Supertwin to take into battle at Oulton Park with NG Road Racing Club. It's a busy schedule of races and to keep Dave on his toes, Martin, Eric, Andy and Sarah are all competing too. There's lots of action and plenty of fun to be had.
Will the RS660 cut the mustard?
Will Dave still be fast?

Know this is an older video. I'm thinking of getting a 660. I have a few bigger bikes. but I think I'd be happy with the performance of the 660 for the commute. It will be newer have all the aids and is More relaxed than newer 600 4s .seeing as how You race against older carb 600 4s . How dose the aprilia compare to say my old gsxr600 srad . Do you think it would be a better road bike or do you think I should just chuck practical road tyres on the srad and daily it ?

660 all the way, more comfortable, more practical and more fun than the old 600/4 Modern Engineering has stepped it up loads

Dave, if the mouth is dry and you're feeling nervous racing at Oulton (my local track), what the hell must you feel like as you head off towards Bray Hill??? Great video and a great insight into the life of a road racer.

Maybe it’s that go pro bubble lense but it looks like when you shift your weight from side to side, your twisting your torso and your shoulders aren’t squared up with the bike.
