My dad was a mechanic for 20 years up until he passed away and that was 63 years old but he worked on oil trucks and big semi truck and cars and pickup trucks and older model trucks like you got there he worked on everything he was not afraid to tackle with anything

I’m so glad you are able to do that with your dad. I wished I had the chance to. My dad passed away when I was 14 yrs old, this year I turned 60. Cherish every moment you can with him. Maybe someday Cora will be doing that with Roman. When I was 16 yrs old I replaced the thermostat in my 1973 Monte Carlo. My husband bought me another one in 2020.

I’m proud of her for learning hands on. Us older generation mechanics aren’t gonna be turning wrenches forever, we need the new step in and learn. Especially on the older vehicles. New cars all you do is plug in a computer and replace a sensor. Old trucks like that you gotta use your brain and your ears to work on. Kudos to you young lady!!!!
