Picked up the RAD2X for my SEGA Saturn well lets see how the picture looks it looks.
RAD2X - Low Latency Analogue to Digital Converter Cable with Line Doubler and optional Smoothing Filter
Specifications:
Formats: 240p/480i, 288i/576i, NTSC and PAL
Input: RGB internally converted to YPbPr
Built-in anti-aliasing LPF
Output: miniHDMI at 480p/576p (line-doubled mode)
Default 4:3 Aspect Ratio
Latency: About 53 microseconds
Audio: 24-bit stereo sound. And simulated stereo for consoles that output mono sound from their AV OUT sockets
Optional smoothing filter with mechanical ON/OFF switch
No need for external power supply, except the PlayStation version which does require external power.
Fully shielded PACK A PUNCH cable from the console to the RAD2X.

I loved my old sega Saturn. One of my favourite ever consoles, and sega rally is one of my all time favourite games. I'd play that for hours on end.

Me too pal kept racing the ghost car lol the picture could have been improved a little there is a switch on the side used to smoothen the graphics but to be fair I was more than happy with the picture

LOL was thinking about it the port you plug it into never gets used so I think it might have been a bit of dirt build up? anyway does give a cracking picture and I was not using the smoothing

I find these adapters are more for people that only do a bit of gaming. 1 consike at a time. I had one for the dreamcast and the ps2 and was not too impressed and wished i invested my money into a better product For people like us i think its better value to get decent rgb cables, and put them into a splitter and get a more powerful scaller. Or just use CRTs 😉 Sega rally is awesome... shame about the driver😅 🎉

LMAO not played it for months its an ok adapter if you like i've not got £500 to throw at a retro tink but it's more designed for people that want to play on a modern TV nothing more My monitor is buried in the room not used it since I purchased it lol oh well thanks for watching Eddie
