Shown using a +14 weapon, a lvl 13 Scadutree, no great run active and no summons. The fact that I made so many mistakes and still somehow pulled through shows how easy this strategy is to follow.
This is the worst boss in Souls history, shame because the rest of the dlc has been PEAK.

If you want you could take off the great shield talisman and use verdigris discus the new talisman and cast scholars sheild
