Close quarter situation sa target sir,u are a giveaway vessel.anu poh acttion nyo jan at ilang miles ung target before kayo nag execute for alteration and what your CPA?Thanks sir more power.

Yes correct I am a giveway vessel. If she will pass ahead of me for about 1.0 nm thats okay but if less than that to avoid panic make sure to pass astern of her even for at least 2nm or more making sure you are passing clear. You must act with ample time to avoid risk of collision. In case a turnaround is necessary in some other scenarios then you must do it. better safe than sorry. Thanks for your comments. More power. Relative vector para macheck mo if passing ahead or astern..from time to time pwede mo itoggle true or relative. Thanks
