yes, this works (supports openCL at least by name for hardware encoding) Not very useful but it helps out for sure, better than nothing and you can use some effects which otherwise don't work... Where as i3 is not bad if it's 4th gen or newer, because Pr takes a lot of CPU, therefore I'll suggest get an i5 or i7, those more cores are really needed for editing

I think if you can get a GTX 650 1GB or 750 1GB, that'll be great but they go for a slightly higher price, so something like a HD 8570, R7 240 or R7 250 1GB will work just fine, (just don't get a GT 710, HD 7470 or 8490, they don't work well)

I think the best pairing would be an Rx 460 or gtx 950 or 1050, it'll make sure your CPU is at work pushing for it's max and you can also upgrade to better CPU like an i7 3rd 4th gen and keep the GPU rocking... If you got more to spend get Rx 470 or gtx 1650

r5 240 consumes much less power and has newer drivers, performance is slightly less than the 5770, for older games 5770 is good, both are a good option for cheap
