you said you recommend plots here. but what is cost for that? do you have any specific contacts?/ plot details and avg cost would be appriciated..

Thank you for watching the video.I am not promoting any venture or developer,I wanted to give holistic view of developments happening in these areas.In nallagandla,tellapur,osman nagar the sqyd cost will be 70k-1L above based on phasing,closeness to main road etc and in kollur,velimala,pati,Ghanpur,kondakal the sqyd cost is 30-60k based on location,closeness to main road,how well the venture is maintained etc.

@dineshkothuru, if you have budget try to give preference in investing in tellapur,osman nagar,nallagandla.If not try to invest in plots/villas in kollur,velimala,pati ventures that are facing ORR service road or in plots/villas that are on manjeera pipeline road,vishaka road,patancheruvu-sankarpally road.
