I have the SL-SD. I have a Magpul MBUS Gen 2 rear buis. I have it positioned as far back on the receiver as possible. I'm not "wrong handed" lol. I have no trouble using split fingers of left hand over the top. Or, left pointer finger on the left wing by itself. The wider the wings. The greater the chance of it snagging. Loops on plate carriers can snag the wing. This can cause the BCG to be slightly out of battery. You get a "click" when you need a "bang". Without a forward assist to tap. You will need to tap the charging handle, or pull the handle again. Pulling again will cost you a round. Plus time to figure out the malfunction. I prefer the slim line handle. But, I also train enough that it's not an issue. I noticed you are bridging the receiver, and handguard with both your optics. Most people keep them on the receiver only. That way if you have to remove your handguard for repairs, or maintenance. You don't have to rezero the optic. Just food for thought. Cheers!

Love the vid. You should grab some Magpul MBUS Pros. Theyre so much smaller than what you have now and so much more out of the way. Also, both (front and rear) offer tool less adjustment so theyre good to go for serious field work when youre sans tools. Anyways thanks for the vid. Will prob go ahead and grab a Raptor and Talon combo set for my DDM4V5 here soon. Cheers!
