@Faith Lim Moon Hello! To clean the fabric on your folding wagon, use a standard dish soap, warm water, and a wash cloth to wipe the fabric clean. Do not put the fabric in the washing machine, and do not use bleach on the fabric. I found this on the radio flyer website! Hope this helped!

We did try it in the sand at the beach and I don’t think it’s the “best” in the sand when you push it. When you pull it with the pull lever it is much easier to go through the sand but it’s a workout! It was an investment but it’s been so good to us! We’re going on year 3 with it and it’s just like new still!

Hi! The padding isn't thick its def not on the soft/cushion side but when my son would sit for a long period of time a soft blanket under him did the trick for a bit of extra padding! The wheels are sturdy but I will say it depends on the surface youre pushing on mixed with if youre pushing or pulling. On a flat smooth surface easy peasy you can push or pull no problem, if you are on rocky, unlevel, or sand youre going to want to pull not push you have more control that way and its way easier! We are on year 3 with this wagon and its not going anywhere anytime soon!

Our son is 2, we haven’t had any issues with that yet but that might be because we have always had him buckled with the harness every time we have him in the wagon. I can definitely see how those could be cons if you do not have the child buckled though. This year at the zoo when we are in and out of it will be the true test because the sides are definitely not able to hold a child’s weight and they are low (child’s shoulder level) Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! When we have the side down when we are at the zoo, parades, games etc and use the wagon as a “bench seat” we lay the side inside of the wagon and lay it flat. There are Velcro strips on the end of the side fabric that we loop through each side of the wagons seatbelt to keep it flat. When it’s time to put the wagon side back up it zips on both sides and also each side has the Velcro that loops to hold it snug, tight, and in place! No sagging! Hope this helped :)

Absolutely! We went to church camp last week and I hauled FOUR kiddos in the wagon, two at one end and two at the other legs alternating ages 5,4 and two almost 3 year olds! The more weight the tougher it was to pull/push than it is with just my almost 3 year old son but it wasnt too bad. I was also pulling them on hills and grass so It would have been a breeze on a smooth pathway/sidewalk! I hope you enjoy lots of walks with your child and enjoy the fresh summer air! One of my favorite features is being able to have eye to eye contact with my child in this wagon no matter if you are pulling or pushing!

Hi! We have used it on the beach and I will say its "just ok". Pushing the wagon is an ABSOLUTE no go you will get stuck and frustrated. Pulling by the handle is "ok" and doable but still a bit of a hassle. If you plan to pull the wagon in the sand with no kids and just like a light cooler youll be good... but if you add kids and weight, youll sink in the sand. Hope that helps!

Yes! Smooth surfaces the wagon does great pulling or pushing. Gravel is ok with either but can be a bit tougher. Sand is the worst with this wagon out of all the surfaces!

When it’s folded it is locked in really well without having to lock it into place yourself. It does not come undone, the only way to get it to expand once folded is to firmly press down in the middle so it hold up really well folded up and during travel we haven’t had any issues! We’re going on year 3 with this wagon and still like new! Lots of daily walks, zoo trips, beach adventures and so much more and still tugging along!

Yes!

If I have the canopy up I lower the bars down and roll the top up and stick it into one of the side mesh pockets, put the push handle all the way down and the pull handle up. Then to close it I just pull the gray handle located in the center of the wagon where the kids sit and it collapses right into the fold. The break can be up or down that shouldn’t matter, if you’re still having issues you might need to reach out to radio flyer. It’s never given me issues, how I showed it in the video is how we have done it every time so I hope this helps you! Sorry your wagon isn’t cooperating!

@@jazzmyneschultz2010 I figured it out. I turned the wagon over and there was a Velcro strap preventing the wagon from folding! I was getting so frustrated because everyone made it look so easy, turns out it is easy I just didn’t know I had to remove that small strap.

We do! My son just turned 3 in January and we will be using it for all of our summer adventures coming up! Still functions like new/holds his weight and our needs good!

Thank you for your comment! That is the most asked question I get! This is not the BEST wagon for sand as ours has the regular wheels however it does it’s job getting us through the sand at the beach but just OKAY. We tried using the push bar and that did not work as well as the pull handle. I will say it’s the easiest clean up we’ve had at the beach, the sand just falls off the fabric when it’s time to fold it up!

You’re welcome! The reviews are 50/50 on people loving it on sand/not loving it for sand. I know they have an all terrain wagon that is “better on sand” but I haven’t checked that one out yet! Last summer my son was less than a year old trailing through the sand, the real test will be this summer with a two year olds weight to see if that makes a difference! They do have other options on build you wagon that you can choose air tires! Unfortunately this wagon is not compatible with that program. Lots of options but different wagons you gain or lose some of the features you might love on another!

When you take the handle and place it into the “tube” spot that is connected to the wagon there are little metal push pin buttons that click into place to secure it. Then once it is installed you can adjust the push pins to make the handle longer or shorter to fit each persons liking!

Hi! I don’t think it is smaller than a stroller when folded up, it might be a tad bit wider because of the wheels. We have a Chevy equinox and the wagon fits great standing up or laying down in the back with extra room for other things. I would say I could fit our stroller (Chicco bravo) and the wagon both comfortably together in the trunk of our small suv.

@@musiclover4L Do you mean when its all folded up? If so I think it is very balanced when folded. It will knock over if you bump into it hard but the wheels balance it pretty well, the wind will not be able to knock it over/move it.

When we took it to the beach it was hard to push in the sand but it still moved just not as easy. Pulling in the sand was way better than pushing! A plus is the sand rolled right off the fabric when we loaded it up to go home!
