have constant power connected to it from a 12-volt source in order for the amplifier circuit to work and be active. The crimper thing is called a 3M connector because thats who developed it.

I Wish I Could Tell You Guys WHATS Inside The Amp And How To make It EVEN More Better With Few Modifications :) This Amp Can Be Used For Any Radios That Uses Comercial Fm Frequencies / Air Band Frequencies AND AM Frequencies Wich Are Between 2200Meter Band Up To 10 Meter Band, Itr Works, It Makes It Much Better, The Gain Improves With This Amp, But It Needs Them Mods To Work On Them Frequencies/Bands. I Think I Need To make A Vdieo On It :)_

You must change ''loc'' to dx, loc will supress your reception friend, on dx it will gain way more radio stations. You will be glad after doing this, change loc to dx, or whatever the name will be, you can only select 2 types. Greets.

how to change it? on my radio it only shows 'loc'.

@@amirfuad7647 Often there is 2 antenna symbols, one big, one small... if you tap this loc changes to dx, or maybe it is different on your unit but you have to tap some buttons, loc is definitely only letting the local stations trough because of their strong signal, dx is for both distant and close stations, so on dx there is always the most stations.
