The Raeda Mad Ones AU tortures me every day.
Explanation - “Samantha Brown balances on the edge of her future, car keys in hand. As she sits in the driver's seat, she faces a choice: will she follow in her mother's footsteps, or take the dare of her impetuous best friend and chart a new path?” (Concord Theatricals)
The Mad Ones is a powerful musical about grief and loss, where Sam grapples with her unresolved feelings about the death of her best friend Kelly and tries to figure out her future. I love this show so I made a Raeda AU.
Raine is Sam, Eda is Kelly. Welcome to the Mad Ones .

@@yourlocalanimator9955 Kelly (Eda) is dead and Sam (Raine) was her best friend. It's similar to Dear Evan Hansen here in terms of talking to a ghost.

@@yourlocalanimator9955 So this is from a musical called The Mad Ones. In it, a girl named Sam has to cope with her best friend, who she was majorly in love with, being murdered in a hit and run incident while she’s walking home from the library. Eda’s said friend, Raine is Sam. Basically Raine is talking to Eda’s “ghost” to try and forget about her death.

Im pretty sure that eda is mostly immortal due to the curse. I can only think of two ways gor her to die: Petrification and damaging her brain. Because as early in the show as ep 1 we see that her head can and will function without her body, so no amount of wounds in there will stop her. Or any damage to anything lower than her neck. Like, if she gets some sort of poisoning, unless it directly affects her brain, she'll be fine.
