They live in beautiful weather in a country full of gorgeous women. I moved to Marbella spain for just that. Life is just better that way. Cortisol is way lower

@Muscle and Fitness-Waist line looking after it is absolutely a thing! I know first hand, I have always been in decent shape but had a thick waist-the moment I dropped my calories to 3000 and worked my way back up to 4000, I maintained my new waist by ensuring that every 500 calorie increase was warranted, I was absolutely starving and my refeeds were no longer working before I went up by 500. Also, I removed dead lifts and standing row moevements and it is not a myth surrounding standing rows, I have witnessed it first hand. Whenever I take them off and bring them back, I got sore obliques on the next day or two. They have been removed. It is not a portion size thing with calories but most importantly, overall calories

Hadi is the odd one out in the Arnold line up. Everyone else is taller more symmetrical better lines better muscle bellies and they do have condition. the only thing Hadi has over them is the best condition and muscle maturity. I think this could go against Hadi. Just my thoughts

I love Milos! However, he is being a bit hypocritical talking about weight doesn’t matter as DJ said back around the Olympia, all we kept hearing is about Samson being 300 lbs. Milos is 100% correct and I was disappointed that he kept harping on the weight and not the conditioning of Samson. Milos is one of the best when it comes to the sport and analytics.
