Since I have retired I have spent a lot of my time on cruise ships. Off again in 4 weeks time. While I love cruising, I always feel that I need a holiday to recover when I return. One of these days I am going to go to a resort like this one with a white sandy beach and I am just going to "chill out" for a week lying in the sun doing nothing. Loved the ambience of this resort.

If I stayed here, I would like to see this place when it's raining. I think the juxtaposition of sun and dreary weather would be very interesting. Thanks for sharing as always.

Who ever built this place had the astonishing good sense to let Mother Nature design the landscape and outer decor. She is a Master of Her craft. And as always, the ocean just sucks me in.

My skin would get all wrinkly....as that beach the plunge pool & the bath with its view all look so inviting. I so miss my adventures. Here's to happy healthy safe travels very soon.

You actually are "The Luxury Travel Expert"..... I love the details you provide in your videos along with the excellent Camera quality. And I have been to Seychelles but I didn't stay at the Raffles. I stayed at the MAIA resort. Please try and Visit any of the Hoshinoya resorts if possible & keep up the good work.....👍👍

Good evening my friend from England. If I could give you 10 stars for the rating I would, it was first class and portraits the Raffles hotel with such decedence. Good video. I don't mean this as a criticism as we all must make the best of the tools we have. But some of your other newer videos have really excellent picture quality. I for one am very pleased you invested in a higher definition camera. I don't think you would really notice the difference on a phone or small TV? But I watch an a 75inch high definition TV as I'm sure a lot of people do. Once again excellent videos!

yep, this place is very nice but ever since i ran into your AMANOI video, i have never seen anyone that tops it. AMANZOE comes close though. i wish you could go to new zealand and check out the EAGELS NEST. that should be awesome too. thanks alot

FYI - the ferry ride from the island you land on, to Praslin, is an hour of heavy rocking, making many people throw up. Take motion sickness tabs if you go.

Looks great hotel with beautilful views. altough the beach in four season looks much better. wgy its best in your opinion visit anse lazio after noon,? then you cant watch the turqisue water. I saw videis during the day. although its more crowdes. the sea is beautilful turqisue. tnx

great video! still the main room looks a bit empty, like living in unfinished interior, a bit more interior details could create warmer feeling. for a hotel with pricing of 1k per nights this is a serious drawback (compare to Constance Lemuria e.g.) or Raffles Warsaw or Raffles Singapore

Indeed! Even though tastes are different and subjective, i wasn't that impressed by Anse Lazio. I have been to hundreds of beaches worldwide and would rate Anse Lazio a 4 out of 5. However, this takes nothing from the beautiful videos that LTE presents us every week! I really appreciate his effort.
