Our planet is full of incredible, unforgettable, and sometimes frankly weird animals. But there’s a whole lot more waiting out there that have rarely, if ever, been seen by average humans like you and, to a lesser extent, I. From a real-life muppet bird to the world’s most trafficked non-human mammal, here are 15 Wild Animals that have Rarely Been Seen!

👏🏻That’s a perfect comparison! Ms. Amanda C! You made my morning start off with a laugh followed by a smile! So thank you very much for the laugh & a special thanks for the smile I can’t wipe off my face if I tried, , , , oh wait😷! Perfect! Now I am pretty sure I won’t offend or bother anybody w/my happiness since happiness is now something that can make a person seem guilty of something awful, giving anybody that feels uncomfortable, a reason to harass ,complain ,investigate further ,or maybe even physically hurt..! Socialism is within our sights world! Watch how America crumbles while the super wealthy get to trot off to a safe region while we all fight amongst ourselves & tear our very own country down!!! Sorry.... got way sidetracked! . . Time to watch that video again to get a laugh! 🤪

Wookiee Supremacy; WoW cool 😎 that you know that factoid! Shoebills are indigenous to Africa, but as the video claims they are hard to see in the wild. It’s so sad that all the animals on this list are critically endangered due to human encroachment, poaching and just hunting in general.

@Sufiya H. Western medicine would identify what substance(s) in the scales were providing the remedy and then reproduce it synthetically, not insist that only an animal product can offer a remedy so lets not inaccurately bash the West. To be clear, it is Chinese medicine that is destroying tiger, elephant, rhino, pangolin, and countless other species' populations pushing them to the brink of extinction. They don't do shit to prevent extinction in their country or abroad either. Unlike the West.

@@dellyrosexcoastnobodycoast8721 totally agreeing with you! We're on the same level with this. I think humans have the power to be the keepers of the earth and shape it for the good of the earth. We can get the lion and the lamb to lay next to each other (I've seen it litterly happen). But right now, we shape only for our greed, convinience and laziness and that has a hugh negative impact on our surroundings. If we would just use our unique talents to do good to this world.

Fun fact about shoebills, in the legend of Zelda skyward sword, there is a fictional creature that ever character including link use to get around the islands of skyloft called the loftwing. According to Nintendo they based the loftwing’s appearance off of shoebill storks. If you look at loftwings in the game they look a lot like shoebills. Also every loftwing has a plumage of feathers on its scalp that matches their owners hair style.

SpellCloak109 - Key word, albino - Wisconsin has them too. But the Seneca White Deer are leucistic, meaning they lack all pigmentation in the hair, but have the normal brown-colored eyes. Albino deer, which lack only the pigment melanin, have pink eyes and are extremely rare. Both are beautiful.
