政府當發債係收入,係因為政府財政報告係用cash concept去寫,即係cash inflow就係收入,cash outflow就係支出一般公司機構做財務報表時要跟據會計準則用accrual concept唔同,會將發債嘅資金double entries一腳入現金,另一腳入債務

利息影響，加息除左影響consumption, 仲會影響investment , 兩個數都減，supply, 減，demand 又減，咁實質有冇真係控制到通漲呢？

after Fed hikes, usually when will the bank raise the CD rates? the next day, week or maybe not at all?

Bank prime rate usually goes in tandem on the next day. CD would depend on the longer term of the yield curve

香港政府用cash basis for accounting not accrual and therefore cash inflows from debt issuance is then now considered as “income”, apparently this is misleading.
