Tani Siri It seems everyone's doing a tuckstand (wolf) turn on beam and floor this year because Simone Biles does it.

+Lana2k6 yup a single wolf turn is a C and a double is a D. not a surprise everyone is rushing to copy Simone

Actually, Ragan did this last year too, but she changed it to a single this year because it was inconsistent for her. Though I do believe too many gymnasts now do the wolf turn... And it's not that so many do it, it's that most of them do it poorly. Luckily, you haven't seen the worst ones.

Copy Simone? Many people did tuck stand turns before Simone. Coaches are sung them because they are easy skills to build difficulty

I'm with everybody else on the wolf turn, but otherwise such a confident and powerful routine. She reminds me a lot of Carly Patterson.

Raglan reminds me of Shan Chunsong , so petite and cute. I wonder if next year, she'll have a growth spurt, that can affect her chance for Rio

I really think she is underscored compared to some of her other competitors. An 8.8 for a very clean routine when girls like Jazmyn Foberg got an 8.9 for a shaky one? Or even a 9.1? On floor too, her day two score was much too low.
