That message is from Teletubbies: Merry Christmas, which came in two cassettes, a green and a red one. It's actually telling viewers to insert the red cassette, which is the second part of Merry Christmas Teletubbies

I used to be scared of the two Ragdoll logos that appeared on the first two series of Brum, because of the music, but I was scared of the Series 2 version more because it was more worse than the Series 1 version.
