Going to a Rage show is unlike any other. My first concert, was going to see Busta Rhymes, Cypress Hill and these guys opened for them...changed my life forever. I was hooked. ...

WE DID A FESTIVAL IN FINLAND WHERE ALMOST EVERY MAJOR ROCK AND METAL BAND IN THE USA WAS THERE PERFORMING...WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR RAGE TO TAKE STAGE, EVERY OTHER STAGE CLOSED DOWN AND EVERY BAND WAS ON THE SIDE OF OUR STAGE WAITING TO SEE THESE GUYS PERFORM!!! WHEN THE HIT THE STAGE THEY ALL, EVERY SINGLE BAND, WENT ABSOLUTELY APESHIT. THAT IS WHO RAGE IS!!!

I was called a “bad mother” by my sister for letting my son listen to this. Our dad was a cop. I never censored what my kids listened to. Ever. Especially something like this TRUTH! Music is part of our culture. An expression of the times. It saddens me this song could be the anthem of today. We have not made progress. So sad.

Rage crowds tend to me more rowdy bc we rarely get to see them live and everyone is hype.

When he mentioned Limp Biskit every RATM-Fan screamed into their pillow :D ....loved your reaction tho <3 ...Also gonna mention about the crowd jumping and all: In 1994, when RATM performed Pinkpop music festival the jumps from the audience were so intense, it caused a small earthquake. It measured 1.0 on the Richter scale ;-)

Bands and chemistry occurred a lot in the 1990’s. Bands like Rage, Tool, Pearl Jam, Sound Garden, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Hole, Screaming Trees, Faith No More, Pantera, Metallica, System of a Down, Janes Addiction... the list is long.... and every one of those bands have chemistry unique upon themselves. You have a lot of content to go through... the 1990’s was a great time for music...

I love that you appreciate the crowds. I saw all these 90s bands live. It was such a unbelievable time. A experience not just a show.

The crowd is hyped like no other at RATM and it’s pretty safe. You fall, there are hands reaching down to pull you up.

The crowd is so large and mental as it was free 'thank you' gig for the people of the UK which got the track to Christmas number 1 to beat the X Factor song of that year

This happened about a km away from the apartment I lived in. My brother and like 200 people broke through a barrier, got in for free. But I could hear the concert just as well from my garden :D

I was in my 30's when it came out. My younger brother used to trash it at home, and he would do the "fuck you I won't do what you told me" to our mum when they were arguing. The song is still relevant today.

Bombtrack, Bulls on Parade, Take the Power Back are my favorites. Tom Morello, genius on guitar.

I've been to two different Rage Against the Machine concerts. One in Tennessee and one in Chicago, both in 1996. They were the loudest, most intense shows I've ever seen.

The energy of the crowd feeds off the band and vice versa. And yes, they’re outside at Finsbury Park. Honestly, it’s hard to choose-I love all their songs, haha. Okay, for starters: Bulls on Parade, Know Your Enemy, Bullet in the Head, Fistful of Steel, People of the Sun, Testify, Sleep Now in the Fire, and Bombtrack. Some underrated ones are: Maria, Township Rebellion, Calm Like a Bomb, Ashes in the Fall, and Born of a Broken Man.

seen'em first back in tempe, az when they opened for u2 early 90's. seen them 5 more after. best show hands down

They had 40,000 people in attendance. And I believe that concert was ONLY for Rage, not a festival or anything. HUGE. I believe this was the concert where the UK fans pushed a song off air for xmas or something by requesting Killing in the Name instead, so Rage showed up and put on a special show. Look into it, it's fascinating.

i saw these guys live in 1997 and the crowd is this hype it is still one of the best concerts i have ever seen. one of the best live bands ever. seeing this band and tool are the best bands i have ever seen live. both shows are completely different. but the musicianship these two bands have are second to none.
