Size ggs after Rage took the last flamer in the middle with a highjacker. You can see it on the minimap So it aktually was 2 quads and 1 flamer vs 1 bm at the end :)

Size vs Rage always gg

Size produced a lot of flamers, and few listening outposts and gats. Built one full airfield to clear hijacked flamers. Training one LO with 5 flamers would have caught the hijackers and jarmeen. Rage produced a lot of quads, few hijackers, a radar van (to find idle outpost and potential Lotus) and a jarmeen. Got rpj from tunnels and one battle bus. They were nice ideas to go straight hijacking a dozer, to repair the side buildings, and stealth the hijacked flamers. Trying to get a WF after the supply, for some battle masters (good against mass flamers) was nice too.

Rage is a great player. Hope to see more of him.

Rewatching this to figure out how Size turned this around after the difficult start, two things occur. I didn't see any major mistakes but there were three things. First, Rage didn't get his two Super Techs back home before they got trapped and those could have inflicted a load of damage for a long time. Second, there were two small corridors where Rage could have gotten his stealthed quad army out of the corner of the map but he never did. Six stealthed quads may not have completely changed things, but it would have helped, especially with how close they already were to Size's base. Lastly, it's a basic problem with Stealth vs any China faction I see game after game. Flamers are such an easy, cheap, hard counter to Quads, which with tankless Stealth is going to inevitably constitute the bulk of their forces especially early on, And once you get the Black Napalm upgrade. And Size correctly leaned very hard into that advantage which paid off in a couple ways. Just one or two Flame Tanks which cost pretty close to the same price as a Quad can take out a whole army of Quads in seconds with a flame wall. And yet the Quads basically have to engage unless you want to watch your whole base quickly burn to the ground. Repeat this numerous times and you end up with a massive economic advantage over time. About your only early solid choice would have been hijacking Battlemasters, but Size barely had any out and Rage never captured any. Later it's Battle Buses and Buggies, but I only saw a grand total of one Battle Bus ever made the entire game and absolutely zero buggies.

I think Rage played way too aggressive. This is why Size is really pushing back Rage in the mid game. Stealth needs to not play that aggressive, but needs to out camp Tank general. If I were rage I will just keep my three supply, tech up, and build battle buses while keep up the harrassment
