If you don't want spoilers just don't look ,because If you will know what happens then Block City can be less interesting to watch, so I wouldn't recommend reading this message. (Rage I'm sorry for possible spoilers) I have a theory that Chief Sanders and Frank are alive, because Rage went back in time to save Dave in that case he removed Dave out of that timeline as well as himself from other timeline making like alternative timeline and things like that Rage If theory is Dave's timeline is before event where Rage along side Dave have fought together in this massive fight against all Evil Characters in the show...
