Just so anybody that is having a hard time knows, you don’t need to defeat anything in Dragon’s Pit, if you run through like normal and go further down instead of up into the Dragon’s cave you can just drop down the divide in that little room and you’ll exit out the Terminus without a fight.

Hey rage, idk if you knew this or not, but once you defeat ( commander gaius ) over by ( shadow keep back gate grace ) go to the back of that area and you’ll be able to grab 5 scadutree fragment.

There’s one right to the east of the scorched ruins in a pot. So that’s an easy one right in the starting area you can substitute for one of the harder to get later ones

I did exactly as you said but at the castle ensis bonfire I'm missing one saculent to hit rank 5, I double checked the video and the areas. Did they change anything or did something just bug out for me? I killed a jar guy an hour ago in the NW castle and he didn't drop a saculent either so I hope I'm not bugging.

Excellent guide. I followed it til about Shadow Keep and defeated Messmer with Scadu Lvl 10. By the time i followed the rest of the guide I was at Scadu Lvl 12 with extra fragment and Spirit Lvl 4

I like this cuz it gives a goal to make game easier like Festus mats in main game. Fact that they did with resistances and damage is nice touch rather than just giving more/more effective pots. Was right there with you till I noticed scudtree mats.

Hey, spoiler for a slightly useful tip. You can use the mohg or morgott shackles to unlock seald spirit springs without finding the rock. Idk why it works, but probably for the same reason it deactivates illusion walls and flame spewing traps.

The npc invades in another area before this church location. The item he drops is based off of the amount of times you killed him So 1st time is the tailsmen 2nd is the ash of war

I think you need 26 fragments to get lv 12 blessing, though... you require 3 fragments starting from lv9→lv10.

You get the Ash of War the second time he invades you. His second location is the Belurat Tower. You can do both invasions in any order and he will only drop the Ash of War the second time you take him down.

Im at +9 scoobytree amd I still get bodied by regular ass enemies, they either meed to biff the staphtree or nerf the enemies, +9 took me 35+ tries on blackgaol knight with blasphemous blade+10 flame grant me strength, fire scorpion and Alexander shard. I like hard, hard is fun, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure they actually do anything in regards to damage resistance in the DLC area. As for damage, they make the numbers in your status page gold. Which is something, but as far as I saw the numbers don't actually increase.

If youre like me actually want to do this without any bosses (including side bosses) or touching shadow keep There are 3 fragments missing in this video which will allow you to hit lv10 but 2 dont matter only 1 of the extras 1 - scorched ruins: head east to the cliff side. A small graveyard past the undead tree will have a pot carrying scadu boi 2- moorth ruins: another pot scadu boi can be found Head south eastern from the grace bascially sticking to the outter edge of the ruins. Near the big hole the pot bro is ther.e careful of the duel wielding enemy nearby 3- cerulean coast: if this is ur 1st time here You just picked up the map past the dragon Bascially when looking south you have a left and right path. Take the left path and find a miquella cross According to a random comment below you can get past dragon pit to access charos grave but I did not check it out but if so you can have lv11 instead of 10 ❤gl my pookie bears

I like the scadutree fragment system . I wouldn’t wanna trade it for the traditional soul level permanently or anything ..but it’s a nice change of pace . Get rewarded for detailed exploration and adventuring…rather then just shooting frogs and birds over and over 😂

Well this video is what it says it is.... But its kinda like... Why did you go this route? This is not even a good collection route. There were several instances were you were reasonably close to another fragment and you ignored them. There was one instance at moorth ruins where you were within 50ft of a pot guy carrying a fragment and you decided to run across the map instead. This video needs taken down and redone so we can get to +11 or +12 Scadutree blessing BEFORE breaking the great rune. Its possible ad im +11 right now and havent broken the great rune yet. I keep looking for ways to try to get a few more fragments for +12 without going into the shadow keep yet, but im pretty sure im stuck unless i break angreat rune.
