Ragi Burfi is a healthy, guilt-free dessert that can be prepared within 30 minutes and can be enjoyed by everyone in the family. This recipe uses very less ingredients and the outcome is really delicious.
Ingredients used:
1 cup of Ragi flour
1/4 cup of Rava / Semolina
1 1/4th cup of Jaggery
2 cups of water
6 Tsp of Ghee
1 Cardamom
Few chopped Cashew nuts
