for me the perfect ending is episode 6 when this kid shot the arrow and loki turned his eyes. and thats it ragnarok starts boom credits

I just took a stroll around the town of "Odda" in Norway on google street view, it looks exactly like how I imagined. This is so much more authentic than the Disney Thor and Loki

@@kodesh1674 Yeah i've got a soft spot for the Taika films but this is how I imagine it plays out in it's native setting. Loki is like our trickster God Maui, he tricked his grandparent out of their jawbone and used it as a weapon against our sun, Sol. Loki is totally non binary

I thought True Blood had the worst ending since humans first video clip. But this? This takes it to another new level. This is like a perfect long date ending with you tied into a chair and the other shitting in your mouth despite you made clear that is not part of your fetishes kinky pack. And since they didn’t even bother to explain us what and how did it really go, I’ll add to the comparison that the date will steal your kidney and leave you there saying “no one would ever love you nor call you back anyway”

I initially thought the ending was weak too. But the intersection of possibility between Magne's mental health issues, (demi)godhood, the foresight to have seen what would have occurred if ragnarok had been initiated and what did eventuate, well.... maybe it was all in his head. And then again, maybe it wasn't.... :)

The ancient Greeks believed dreams manifested into the world of the living. Technically, I would call this Magne's shadow work although I don't like how it was all a dream. I do like the fact that he got the girl in the end. Love is all we got in this world and without it, nothing truly matters. And who knows who we would become if we didn't have it. In Norse mythology, Thor's sons were Magni and Modi.

Naah I still like this concept of Thor turning down the battle in order to keep the peace, his role is not just the warrior, but PROTECTOR FIRST AND FOREMOST. Choosing diplomacy is honestly a big freaking move forward from the mythical events that kinda still trigger Ragnarok. Kinda really wise ruler move.

Worst ending of any show. This show was awesome until that. It was all in Magne’s head? Comic book obsession? What a sloppy shitty ending, a cop out by the writers that probably had no idea how to end it. I can’t get the image of that old “Odin” dude hanging out with the high schoolers at the end. Idiotic. I loved that show but can’t stand the ending. Awful.
