27:30 Technically, you would have had to go back in the video and drawn Jen’s card back then in order to determine what she “always” had - because you had drawn other cards from the deck since then :-

28:29 Is there any advantage to paying more for a pyramid? Would they be worth more? Otherwise, what would incentivize all players from paying 1 for a pyramid, as opposed to more - like you did? Thanks.

there aren't very many rounds, and the more pyramids you build in the short time you have, the more points you get :)
