@Paulo 36:20 when Jen takes the first 6, I believe the rules state she must take her personal dice first, not the white one. Rulebook Pg 4 "Whenever you choose a Dice space that contains at least one of your personal dice as well as a neutral die, you have to first take all your personal dice from there."

At 25:00 (and then at 40:50) when you explain the cost to place a novice into a chapel or cloister, you are making a mistake (@paolo): the costs increase with each novice from that row that you place, not necessarily if they go to the same monastery. If that's how you played, that's the reason why you thought it's so easy to accomplish everything in the game in your final thoughts
