Oh man, I was excited about this expansion when it was announced and now even more so! This is one of my favorite games to play with my wife, and because we prefer co-ops this is perfect. So many tough decisions and you really need to rely on eachother for help throughout. Can't wait to get my hands on this one!

This has just reminded me of a game I saw and have been going mad trying to remember the name of it.It was recently on crowd funding.. I think the theme was Monks,and wine making. worker placement type....????

hmm, the most recent game i covered that had monks in it was pilgrims. oh there was also monasterium. neither had wine though.

demonstrating the O option upgrade would have been awesome - you kinda cheated the value of your first white grape (1) not 3 ;) - I would have gone for double innovation tile option - with only 2 players that is a massive advantage

I had another expansion for viticulture that had buildings and professional workers. Will it be compatible with this? Seems like not

the structures from tuscany are compatible with this expansion, but i'm not sure what else is. but if you ask here: boardgamegeek.com/boardgameexpansion/360226/viticulture-world-cooperative-expansion/forums/0 you're sure to get a solid answer :)

not sure why. the rules are now "each player gets one red and one blue card"... pretty simple :)
